Rise Counseling is committed to providing quality mental health care to all, regardless of their ability to pay. No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay; there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. Our sliding fee scale is based on family size and income for individuals using Federal Poverty Guidelines. Rise Counseling and Wellness will not discriminate on inability to pay regardless of if payment for services is made under Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP, and the individual’s race sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
